We operate a UK Field IT Service team, providing On-Site Support, Engineering and Relationship Management for our Health and Social Care clients with geographically spread regional and national operations.

On-Site Support, IMAC, and Face-to-Face Engagement

Our Field IT Services include emergency On-Site Support, offering a guaranteed 4-working-hour on-site response for business-critical issues and next-business-day on-site response for non-critical concerns. We also provide floor walking services, ensuring regular face-to-face IT engagement in key locations and IMAC (Installations, Moves, and Changes) services to support desk moves, office relocations, Wi-Fi installations, on-site device upgrades and replacements as well as business acquisitions and disposals.
