Configured to align with vendor and industry best practices as well as your internal policies, Service Assurance eliminates over 99% of false alerts. It then monitors and alerts against breaches and gaps in your NHS DSPT, Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, Cyber Insurance, Microsoft Security Score, ICO/GDPR and Local Authority / Framework compliance requirements.

Workplace IT triages every alert based on predefined criteria and will either escalate issues to our internal service desk for resolution and recommendation or escalate to your service desk or third-party support providers.

Full Remote Monitoring and Management

All devices and applications will be integrated into Service Assurance for full monitoring and management. If a device or application cannot be remotely monitored or managed, the platform will flag it as a risk, prompting identification for upgrade or replacement to ensure ongoing compliance.

Compliance Alignment

All IT devices and applications will be aligned with NHS DSPT (Data Security Protection Toolkit), Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, ICO/GDPR, Cyber Insurance, and Local Authority Tender and Framework requirements. They will be continuously monitored and alerted in real time for gaps and breaches, ensuring compliance while building a transparent audit trail for evidence reporting and future submissions.

As Service Assurance evolves, it will generate granular performance reports on devices, connectivity, and applications, proactively identifying compliance gaps and issuing alerts. Additionally, it will create automatic, real-time replacement roadmaps, estimated budgets, and strategic recommendations to ensure continued efficiency and compliance.
